Mabel June {thank you card}

Our gorgeous girl is now SEVEN months old! The time has gone so quickly, yet when I look back so much has happened. We are loving every moment with her. She is so smiley and cute and we love her to bits!

We received so many generous gifts from friends and family. She is a very lucky little lady. I illustrated a few "when Mabel was a ..." to go on her Thank You cards.

Lizzie + Aaron {real wedding}

Back in January this gorgeous couple said 'I do' at Sacred Hill winery in Puketapu.

It was a stinking hot Hawke's Bay day. My favourite kind of weather. Lizzie was inspired by her glorious shoes and the burnt orange label of Sacred Hill for the colours. They wanted clean crisp modern styling to offset the rustic feel of the winery. I worked with Susanna Todd Flowers who created the most gorgeous florals.

Lizzie and Aaron got engaged in Italy and they wanted to include this in their day. They sipped in Aperol Spritz's straight after the ceremony, the surrounding olive trees gave a mediterranean vibe, their guests dined family styles with lots of amazing antipasti. The bride and groom wanted a relaxed party where their friends and family ate good food, drank amazing wine and had lots of fantastic laughs. And by the sounds of it they nailed it! 

And that dress. Sigh.
