Olivia {first birthday}

One of my latest invite designs was for little Olivia who is turning one very soon. The theme is ladybugs, and this is what I came up with.

How cute is that little face!!

I also came up with another colourway that I thought was pretty cute too. More like a garden party theme.

Anicka + Nick {wedding invite}

Two words I love. Destination. Wedding. So good.

Anicka and Nick got married in Mykonos, Greece. How amazing does that sound? And I was privileged enough to design their invites for them. They wanted it to be summery and modern to really reflect their gorgeous destination.

Anicka had found a wrapping paper with some beautiful patterns on it that she wanted to incorporate into the design. This is what I came up with.

I also created another colourway of the design and left it blank so that Anicka and Nick's families could write little messages in Greek to accompany the invites. How much does that blue just make you think of Greece. Delicious.

Master Rakich {baby shower invite}

It is baby season in my group of friends and family at the mo. Very exciting time for all.

And with that comes baby showers. Here is an invite I designed for one of my closest friends Tamara. It was a nice change designing for the little people in our lives.

Ana + Greg {extra info}

Happy New Year everybody!!

Sorry I have been MIA lately, but I have been preparing to leave Melbourne, packing our home up, moving country, travelling around South East Asia, travelling around New Zealand, settling into our new home and looking after my new puppy!! But I am all ready to get back into it and thought I would start 2015 with a piece of stationery from the wedding I went to in Nelson a few weeks ago.

It was the best fun, and I cannot wait until they get their photos back so I can share them with you.

You may remember a tea towel I did a couple of months ago, well this is the extra info pack I designed to go alongside.

Playing with flowers

I have discovered a new fascination of flowers. I love how a gorgeous posie can brighten up my day (even if it is just a picture).

I recently did a five-week course with Bloom College in Melbourne to learn the basics about flower arranging. It was so much fun and the highlight of my week. Every Tuesday I would learn a few more new skills and come home with a new bunch of flowers to brighten up my living room.

Here are the final creations.

A posie of roses and herbs which smelt AMAZING and a pomander of lemon carnations.
Who would have thought carnations could look so sweet.

A wreath of chrysanthemums, freesias, native Australian flowers and pears. So fresh and spring-like.

I am hoping to learn a few more skills over the next few months helping out my gorgeous friend Kim of LushKa. She is incredibly talented and has done some of the most amazing flowers I have ever seen. Will keep you posted.

Check out my Blooms board on pinterest to see what inspires me.

Mel + Todd {Save the date}

Save the dates are such an exciting part of the wedding lead up. When they go out, it means it is all go and there is no turning back!! It's also a great sneak peak into what the day will bring for the guests.

Here is my latest design for Mel and Todd. They decided to do two different versions, one more formal and one with a little bit of cheek. They had a great image of their venue which they wanted to incorporate into the design. Can you tell where it is?

You can see the design I did for Mels 'Be my bridesmaid' here and stay tuned for the invite design coming soon!!
